Most likely your agency is not registered with Vacation Express. To register send us your company information on company letterhead to 404-393-4828. This letter should include address, phone, fax and a copy of your CLIA/ARC/IATAN certificate. If you have made bookings with Vacation Express in the past and after having verified the correct agency name and zip code, you cannot locate your agency, please e-mail us at agents@vacationexpress.com so that we may verify your information. How do I make changes to my profile?
Go to "sign up" on the vacationexpress.net site and login using your username and password and then simply click on the line item in your profile to make a change. Top
Can I change my Username?
Your username is unique and cannot be changed. If you want to have a different username you must create a new profile. Top

What does it mean to be the administrator of a profile?
This means that you have the administrative rights to your agency's profile and with that have control of several components (see below for more info). We recommend that either the owner or agency manager is the administrator of the accounnt. Top
How can I view the agents that have signed up under my agency profile?
Only the administrator has access to this information by logging in to the agency profile where a list of all agents will be displayed. Top

What do I do when an agent is no longer employed by my agency?
As the administrator, you have the option to remove an agent from your agency profile so that this agent can no longer book with Vacation Express using your arc/iatan/clia number. Existing bookings will automatically be forwarded to the agency's e-mail address. To remove an agent, simply access your agency profile and click on "suspend" next to the agent's name. Top
